Terms & Conditions — RenewLoop

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of RenewLoop (the "App"), operated as com.renewloop.app. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. What RenewLoop is

RenewLoop is a personal subscription-tracking tool. It lets you log recurring subscriptions you already hold with other services, see them on a dashboard and calendar, and receive reminders before they renew.

RenewLoop does not:

• Process payments or hold your card or bank details.
• Cancel, modify or manage your subscriptions with any third-party service.
• Guarantee the accuracy of renewal dates, prices or reminder timing — these are based on the information you enter, which may drift from what the actual provider charges. Always confirm renewal details with the service provider directly.

2. Cost of the App

RenewLoop is free to use. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or in-app purchases within the App itself. If that changes in the future, we will describe any paid tier and its pricing here and notify existing users in advance.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use RenewLoop.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the subscription data (names, amounts, billing cycles, renewal dates) you enter — RenewLoop only reflects what you provide.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your account, subscription data and reminders from our systems. More on deleting your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to store data you don't have the right to store.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Notifications

RenewLoop sends renewal reminders via push notification (through Firebase Cloud Messaging) and in-app messages, based on the reminder settings you choose. Delivery timing depends on your device and network conditions and is not guaranteed.

6. Third-party names and trademarks

Subscription and service names you enter (for example streaming, software or utility providers) are the property of their respective owners. RenewLoop is an independent tracking tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any service you track in the App.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

RenewLoop is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RenewLoop and its operator are not liable for any missed renewal, unwanted charge, late cancellation or other loss arising from reliance on the App's reminders or data. You remain responsible for managing your actual subscriptions with their providers.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use of RenewLoop after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
