Delete your account — Verdiq

Verdiq, published by vamaha.tech, lets you delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what is removed or kept.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Open Verdiq and sign in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete permanently.

This takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

If you can no longer sign in, email verdiq@vamaha.tech from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Sending from your account email lets us verify the request.

We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and login — your email address and password.
Every child profile you created — the name you chose and the age band.
Password-reset records tied to your account.

What is kept

Products you added to the shared catalogue (label photos and product facts) remain so other parents still benefit — but they are detached from your account and no longer linked to you or identifiable as yours. We retain nothing that identifies you once your account is deleted. Detached catalogue contributions are kept indefinitely as anonymous product data. See our Privacy Policy for more.
